Dr. JK Mittal is the first DM Neonatologist in Rajasthan and a pioneering figure in establishing the state's Neonatology branch. His efforts in setting up NICUs across private and government sectors have transformed neonatal care. As a mentor to numerous DM, DNB, and fellow students, Dr. Mittal trains grassroots healthcare workers and peripheral paediatricians in essential newborn care. His involvement in the Norway India Partnership Program, training paediatricians and nurses at Oslo University, highlights his dedication to global neonatal education.
He has organized many national and international Neonatology conferences and workshops in Jaipur, nurturing a new generation of neonatologists in Rajasthan and neighbouring states. His expertise in managing extreme preterm babies, neonatal ventilation, neonatal sepsis, and neonatal transportation solidifies his reputation as the top neonatologist in Jaipur.
